POLICY:
The Dolphin is covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and material (Other than breakable material).
The warranty is void if the CASING of the unit has been opened, interfered with or damaged.
We do not cover the shipping fee for sending the device(s) back to us.
We charge Admin Fee of $30 per unit + shipping + tax (if applicable) + parts (if applicable) for servicing the device(s) with an expired warranty.
Battery Issue (Under warranty): If the device(s) is found with only battery issue during Technician's inspection, there will be a charge for the shipping + tax (if applicable).
Depending on the Technician's Report, we will be contacting you regarding the next steps
Returns will not be processed if the RMA form (attached to the email to be sent once submitted) is not enclosed with your unit/s.
We shall process the refund upon receipt of the complete package (units(s) & accessories). Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.
POLICY:
Unit is covered for 30-day money back guarantee from the Purchase/ Order Date.
We do not cover the shipping fee for sending the unit back to us for both repair and 30-day money back.
We have to receive the complete package (units(s) & accessories) before we can process the refund under the 30-day money back.
